Ricardo Quesada 2a3347dd49 RenderState: default state fixes
parts of cocos2d code calls GL directly.
This should be avoided since v3.7 since the
`RenderState::StateBlock::_defaultState` won't know that
and the state will be invalid.
In order to fix this issue, after calling GL directly, you should
update the `_defaultState` manually.

Justin Hawkwood eca488b85a Fails if file does not exist
This adds a callback with nullptr if the file does not exists.  Checking this before checking cache means that if a file is cached then deleted, the async call will fail.  To allow a cached but deleted file to return the texture, move the isFileExist check to ALTERNATIVE.

If leaving check where it is, on failure should it also check if the file was cached and remove it?

#define MALLOC(TYPE,COUNT) ((TYPE*)_malloc(sizeof(TYPE) * COUNT, __FILE__, __LINE__))

It is a really dangerous macros here.
If use it like this "MALLOC(Type, n+2)", it will alloc sizeof(TYPE) * COUNT + 2 byte memory.but I want it alloc sizeof(TYPE) * (COUNT + 2) byte. It is a typical macro unwind error.

cpascal 382fd48b6a Fixed ogg filepath has unicode in Win32
In Win32, you can't play ogg file if the path contains unicode.

mpg123 library accepts utf8 filepath, but ogg(Vorbisfile) library
accepts ACP(ANSI CodePage) in Win32 environment.

    GLProgramState needs to decouple Uniforms from Attributes in
    `applyGLProgram`.

    binding the attributes is something that needs to be done
    at a different order.
    Perhaps the attributes are part of a VAO or something else.
    the method `applyAttributes()` has a variable to avoid that...
    but everything looks very hackish.

TankorSmash 88833213ca Fix setSprite never updating progress on ProgressTimer
Basically whenever you set a new sprite on a ProgressTimer, the new sprite is hidden.

 Calling setPercentage once with the same value doesn't work because the new percentage is the same as the old one. I've got a workaround setting the percentage to 0 and then back to the old value, but this change seems to solve that issue entirely.
