Instead of using a 64-bit int key with viewport, opaque and depth,
it only uses a 32-bit float with only the depth.
Saves time in:
- No need to convert the 32-bit float into 24-bit int
- keys are shorter
OrbitCamera: added getters (public). Setters moved from `protected` to `public
: Improved API. Instead of using "out" parameters for getters, it returns a `kmVec3`
: Setters receives `kmVec3` as well. Old API is still supported
Node: `setAdditionalTransform` doesn't get `dirty` on the next frame.
Instead, once the additional transform is set, in order to remove it the user needs to pass
the identity matrix
Improves SpriteTest.
It is easier to see if Sprite works as SpriteBatchNode (and vice-versa).
Needed for the new renderer.
Also adds `const` to title() and subtitle()
- Adds `CC_REQUIRES_NULL_TERMINATION` to methods that require a NULL at the end
- Removes more Hungarian notations in samples
- s/sprite/scene: fix from previous commit

Changes:
- creator (static) methods, and singleton methods (static) are always at the top of the class
- Constructors, destructros, and init methods comes next
- Then the instance methods for the class
- Then the overriden methods
- and finally the ivars
Also, overriden methos have the "override" context keyword
... instead of sharedXXX / purgeXXX.
They are more C++ friendly, and also easier to remember.
common files + Mac files + iOS files + tests/samples files were updated.
The old methods are deprecated now.
Base class displays the Menu( <- O -> )
Improved in some tests the way to create entries.
Instead of defining the tests twice: the "create" method, and the entry
in the array, it is only needed in the array (ActionsTest, SpriteTest
and Texture2DTest)
