Andre Rudlaff 394b64d61f [linux] fixed font rendering artifacts 
This patch fixes the black pixels
around fonts when rendered using
CCLabelTTF.

This fix is for linux only, but may
be applied to other platforms as well

Andre Rudlaff 44ccc40269 [linux] use fontconfig to select system fonts 
This patch removes the hardcoded font paths
from the linux project and uses fontconfig
to find the best match for a given font-family
The implementation also adds the possibility
to load a font file from the applications
resource directory

James Chen 230b8a386b issue #1176: Changed linebreak symbol to UNIX format ('\n'),replaced 'tab' 
with four spaces. Also,
1. Used macro NS_CC_BEGIN instead of namespace cocos2d {, NS_CC_END instead
of }.
2. Removed some unused files.
3. Renamed the name of some folders, for example,
"test.android"-->"proj.android" .
