* Adds `resolution` and `projection` command
* `texture` and `fileutils` supports the `flush` argument

Maks 72ede55ac7 fix string size check and assert condition
1. std::string::size() return size_t (is never < 0)
2. "event must be larger than 0" and 'event' has unsigned int type

this is because it could be needed if you want to create a view
inside a window in an specific position
