Ricardo Quesada a0ab8fcdf3 onDraw() updated 
`onDraw()` receives `const kmMat4 &transform` and `bool
transformUpdated`.

`CC_NODE_DRAW_SETUP()` is no longer used in our code.
`_modelViewTransform` is only used as a cache.
