Label::TEXT_ALIGNMENT_... -> Label::HAlignment::...
Label::TEXT_VERTICAL_ALIGNMENT_... -> Label::VAlignment::...
Texture2D::PIXEL_FORMAT_... -> Texture2D::PixelFormat::...
BlendFunc::BLEND_FUNC_DISABLE -> BlendFunc::DISABLE

Also adds more constant for BlendFunc

Ricardo Quesada cf262c28e2 getInstance() / destroyInstance() are used... 
... instead of sharedXXX / purgeXXX.
They are more C++ friendly, and also easier to remember.

common files + Mac files + iOS files + tests/samples files were updated.

The old methods are deprecated now.

Marcel Bloemendaal 6d6a0f23eb Added support for secureTextEntry (passwords) 
Added a secureTextEntry property. Enabling this property causes the
TextField to display the entered text as bullets.

James Chen 230b8a386b issue #1176: Changed linebreak symbol to UNIX format ('\n'),replaced 'tab' 
with four spaces. Also,
1. Used macro NS_CC_BEGIN instead of namespace cocos2d {, NS_CC_END instead
of }.
2. Removed some unused files.
3. Renamed the name of some folders, for example,
"test.android"-->"proj.android" .
