GL_LINE and GL_FILL are no present in mobile devices, so the raw value has been used instead.

* Try fix IOS compilation

* Update CommandBufferMTL.h [skip ci]

* GLES & D3D11 wireframe

Added crude but okay wireframe mode for GLES and D3D11 devices.
