Renderer fixes (#1996) 
* Backend: remove RenderTargetFlag and refactor depth/stencil state setup

* Fix Z-test and Z-write being enabled by default for main queue

* GL: fix framebuffer attachment not being cleared

* Use dirtyFlags for RenderTarget update
